Lease Quick Guarantee
If we don’t lease your property within 21 days, your first month’s management fee is free!
Eviction Guarantee
You will never pay us an eviction fee on any tenant we’ve certified. If we are forced to evict, you would simply pay the necessary court costs. However, you may also enroll in our eviction protection plan, which covers all associated eviction costs up to $5,000.00.
Absolute Freedom Guarantee
If you don’t feel like choosing us was the right decision, no hard feelings. You can cancel our service anywhere, anytime, for any reason, with absolutely NO penalty.
No Risk Guarantee
You don’t pay us unless we produce. With no startup fees, and no fees due unless you get paid, you don’t run the risk of spending money on a mgmt co. with no results!
Full Spectrum Compliance Guarantee
Our company operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including the Texas Real Estate Commission. All of our property managers are licensed, certified, and insured by our general liability and errors and omissions policies. Your property, funds, and financial reporting will meet all required standards.
Certified Tenant Guarantee
When we certify a tenant, we guarantee the first 9 months of their lease. If your tenant defaults within that time, we will re-lease your property at absolutely no charge.
Price Match Guarantee
Our rates are highly competitive. However, if you find a lower price for comparable services, we will match it.
