Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that the electricians that came out to take care of the non functioning plugs were top notch. They had the problems fixed quickly and cleaned up every bit of dust they created or tracked in. They even put the end tables, pictures, and lamps back exactly how they were.

First of all the property management experience was first class. Maintenance gets completed in a near apartment time frame. All the service contractors that have come out to the property during our stay have all been courteous and knowledgeable. They were also good about making appointments that fit our schedule. The office staff at Prosperity Real Estate Advisors have always been friendly and addressed our concerns in a timely fashion. The property itself is a gem and an ideal layout for a young family where everybody has their own separate space along with comfortable common areas. The kitchen is beautiful....I would definitely recommend this property and Prosperity Real Estate Advisors Realty to anyone looking to a better renting experience.
