Austin Sparks

Austin joined Prosperity Real Estate Advisors Management in 2008, and now serves as the company’s designated broker.  He is responsible for the oversight of all marketing, management, and financial operations, as well as all licensee activities and compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Prior to joining Prosperity Real Estate Advisors Management Austin worked as a certified firefighter and EMT, as well as a property adjuster on catastrophic claims, where he honed residential construction and repair estimation skills.  In 2003 he received his real estate license from TREC, and shortly thereafter began investing in residential real estate.  After a 2004 tour in Iraq with the Marine Corps, he graduated with a BBA in Real Estate & Entrepreneurship from Baylor University.

Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, Boy Scouts, church, soccer, traveling, snowboarding, biking, and the occasional moment of peace!
